Our founder was on the customer side in these environments since the mid 1990’s. Our techs boarded rigs around the World and took care of issues at sea when required for design, implementation or troubleshooting. Today, our Asian team provides support in the USA during our night-time. They comprise a group of highly skill professionals fully capable of the demands of critical support. These are employees; we don’t outsource to third parties in India. We strive to deliver consistently excellent levels of support regardless of the time. 24/7/365. The Iterative Process For our managed services customers, the Hydrasat team are proponents of the iterative process. A network is rarely static; locations, users, servers and applications are constantly changing, so the infrastructure should be continuously reevaluated and improved as needed. As changes are rolled out, we evaluate effectiveness, look for improvement, determine next steps for futher improvements then evaluate again. Rince, wash, repeat. An infrastructure shouldn’t stagnate and should be under continual analysis. This is critical to prevent security gaps in the security stack from appearing. We work hard to keep a clean well managed infrastructure for our customers to perform their business on. That low level IT system running reliably, exhibiting proper performance, and being properly managed should make doing business easier so that the Senior IT team and executives can focus on other areas to help their businesses grow.
