Managed Meraki Access puts your Cisco Meraki network in the hands of Hydrasat engineers. We monitor it, keep firmware current in agreed change windows, make configuration changes when you need them, and run the Cisco Duo and Cisco Umbrella services that protect your users, with 24/7 support from our in-house NOC.
What we do
- Monitoring of your Meraki MX security appliances, MS switches, MR wireless and other Meraki devices from the Meraki dashboard, with alerts worked by our engineers
- Firmware updates scheduled and applied in change windows agreed with you in advance, so upgrades never surprise your users
- Configuration changes on request: VLANs, SSIDs, firewall rules, VPN, SD-WAN policies, site adds and moves
- Cisco Duo operations: user enrollment and removal, policy changes and help with sign-in issues
- Cisco Umbrella operations: DNS-layer policy changes, allow and block lists, and follow-up on blocked or suspicious activity
- Meraki licensing tracked alongside the hardware, so renewals and co-termination dates do not slip
- Coordination with your IT staff or MSP so nothing falls through the cracks

What we need from you
- Administrator access to your Meraki dashboard organization, and to Duo and Umbrella where they are in scope
- Named contacts who can approve changes and change windows, and who we can reach during an outage
- Prompt notice of planned changes at your sites, such as moves, ISP changes, new locations or construction
- Current Meraki, Duo and Umbrella licensing, or a quote from us to bring it current
- Onsite help for hands-on tasks, such as power cycling or reseating equipment, when remote work is not enough
Why Hydrasat
- Experience that sticks. Operating since 2012, led by engineers with decades of networking experience.
- Engineers, not scripts. Our engineers hold and work toward vendor certifications (Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet and others) and complete ongoing vendor training.
- Our own people. Our engineers are Hydrasat employees; we do not subcontract support to third-party helpdesks.
- Clear next step. Start with a complimentary network assessment when you want guidance before you sign up.
